Regulatory board structure

The members of the Plenary of the Regulatory Council are democratically elected every 4 years, from among the enrolled in each census: producers (farmers) and processor (canners).

Full members:
President: D. Luis Martinez Garraza, vocal production sector.
Vice President: D. Cayo Martinez Sainz, vocal processor sector.

Voice of the production sector:
D. Jose Angel Martinez Sancho
D. José Sarasa Murugarren

Vocal processor sector:
D. Pedro Luis Antón Gurrea
D. Domingo Diaz de Rada Yoldi

Members appointed by the administration, with voice but no vote:
The Minister of Agriculture, Livestock and Food: Left Dña.Natividad Virto.
The Minister of Industry, Commerce and Tourism: Ms Maria Regalado Rosino.

The Board appoints a secretary:
Ms. Ana Juanena, who attends the Plenary session of the Council with voice but no vote and the minutes of the lifts.

The Plenary Council meets when convened by the President, being required to hold at least one meeting per quarter.
